Their popular track "I Want to Be Your Man" topped R&B charts, and collaboration with Dr. Dre & 2Pac on "California Love" stood out. Tragedy struck when Roger was killed by his brother, Larry, in 1999.

Formed by American serviceman siblings Johnnie & Keith Wilder in Germany, Heatwave gained fame in the disco era with hits like "Boogie Nights" & "Always and Forever." Based in the UK, they collaborated with renowned songwriter Rod Temperton. Known for fusing disco with funk, they achieved both US and UK chart success.
