All tickets on the floor are general admission, standing room only. Limited high-top tables and barstool seating will be available on the floor on a first come, first served basis.

Charity Partnership

The Wrecks have partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 per ticket goes to supporting MusiCares and their work providing mental and physical health care services for professionals in the music industry who have been affected by the LA fires.

Venue Policies

PLEASE NOTE - The Hawthorn is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.

Refunds and Entry Policies

Absolutely no refunds - no exceptions. Lineups and times are subject to change. Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of The Hawthorn and/or Ticketweb. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events. Tickets available at the door (if not sold out). No re-entry.

VIP Package Details

VIP package powered by Sofar. Here's what you need to know: You'll receive an email from vip@sofar.com 48 hours before the event with instructions for redeeming your VIP package. All sales are final. VIP activities may occur up to 3-4 hours before the show, please plan accordingly. The original purchaser must show their photo ID at VIP check-in to redeem the package elements. All persons in attendance must have a VIP package including a ticket to the event. This includes parental escorts. If you require ADA accommodations please reach out to vip@sofar.com in advance of the event. VIP merchandise must be picked up at the event during check-in unless otherwise communicated. Sofar reserves the right to cancel packages for any reason. VIP package elements are non-transferable and not valid if resold.
