Fillmore New Orleans is a cashless venue. Only credit cards, debit cards, and mobile pay are accepted at all venue points of purchase.

The Box Office is open on event days only. The Box Office will open two hours prior to doors on these days and remain open until the show headliner hits the stage. Bag Policy

Approved bags:

• Bags with a maximum size: 12"x6"x12"

Prohibited bags:

• Backpacks and other multi-compartment bags or laptop cases regardless of size
