Memphis rapper Lil Wyte, signed by Juicy J and DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia, is known for his crunk style, hits like "Smoking Song," and albums such as "Doubt Me Now." He founded Wyte Records and collaborated with Jelly Roll and Frayser Boy. His work, including the well-received solo effort "Still Doubted?," features impactful mixtapes and albums like "Phinally Phamous" and "The One and Only," showcasing authentic Southern rap.
Florida-based Bodybox, fronted by Harrison Brown, is known for its intense death metal sound, blending grindcore and hardcore elements.
