Thrown is a Swedish metalcore and hardcore band formed in 2019. Known for their aggressive sound blending nu-metal, phonk, and trap influences, the band features vocalist Marcus Lundqvist, guitarists Johan Liljeblad and Andreas Malm, and drummer Buster Odeholm. They released their debut EP "Extended Pain" in 2022 and album "Excessive Guilt" in 2024, with popular tracks like "Grayout" and "On the Verge."
