Location and Ticket Policies

The Moore Theatre is situated in downtown Seattle at 1932 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101. There is a 12-ticket limit per patron. Orders exceeding this limit may be canceled by the venue's discretion. TM+ Resale is disabled, and ticket transferring is only allowed one week prior to the event. Mobile barcodes will be available three days before the event. The venue reserves the right to change delivery methods. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. Each person must have a ticket, regardless of age. Babies in arms are not allowed.

Venue Access and Safety

There is no elevator available, with stairs being the only access to the balcony level. Metal detectors and bag searches are conducted at the door, so it is advised to arrive early. Weapons are not permitted.

Accessibility Information

For ADA accessible seating, patrons are encouraged to contact the venue by email at accessibility@stgpresents.org or by phone at 206-682-1414 ext. 5 for assistance with accommodations or companion seating. Each accessible seat has an armless freestanding chair that can be removed to accommodate a wheelchair.
