Toots & The Maytals and Leba Hibbert

Leba Hibbert, from Kingston, Jamaica, is a reggae and soul artist known for her soulful voice and for carrying on the musical legacy of her father, Toots Hibbert. She gained recognition as part of the duo 5446 with hits like "Ooh La La". Her solo work includes "Natty Dread" and "Jamaica". She has collaborated with artists such as Sly and Robbie and Jimmy Cliff, and performs as the lead singer for the new Toots and the Maytals band.

Toots & the Maytals, led by Toots Hibbert from May Pen, Jamaica, were pioneers in ska, rocksteady, and reggae genres. Known for hits like "Pressure Drop," Toots' soulful style was influenced by R&B icons. Collaborated with Leslie Kong and Chris Blackwell, they gained fame with albums like "Funky Kingston" and "Reggae Got Soul."
