Tori Amos and Bartees Strange

North Carolina-born, Maryland-raised singer/songwriter Tori Amos broke through in the ’90s with confessional, piano-driven alternative rock. Her landmark 1992 debut Little Earthquakes spawned “Silent All These Years”; Under the Pink went platinum and featured a Trent Reznor duet.

Bartees Strange, born in Ipswich, England, and raised in Mustang, Oklahoma, is a Baltimore-based musician. He is celebrated for his genre-bending sound, fusing indie rock, R&B, soul, country, hip-hop, and punk. His acclaimed albums include "Live Forever," "Farm to Table," and "Horror." Strange has collaborated with artists like Jack Antonoff and toured with Phoebe Bridgers and The National. He is recognized for pushing musical boundaries and exploring themes of identity.
