A child prodigy, he played with Bo Diddley at four and toured with Lenny Kravitz at 13. His celebrated albums include "Backatown" and "For True," both topping jazz charts. Andrews founded the Trombone Shorty Foundation to support music education in New Orleans. He has collaborated with icons like U2, Green Day, and Mark Ronson, and has authored children's books, earning acclaim for "Trombone Shorty."
