Ugly Duckling

Ugly Duckling, a hip-hop trio from Long Beach, California, formed around 1993. Composed of Dizzy Dustin, Young Einstein, and Andy Cooper, they are known for their alternative and underground hip-hop style, reminiscent of late 80s and early 90s sounds. Their music features humorous, intelligent lyrics, often lampooning mainstream hip-hop, and DJ Young Einstein's complex scratching. Popular songs include "A Little Samba" and "Eye on the Gold Chain." They released albums such as "Journey to Anywhere," "Taste the Secret," and "Moving at Breakneck Speed."
