All tickets on the floor & mezzanine are general admission, standing room only. Limited seating will be available for mezzanine ticket holders on a first come, first served basis. The mezzanine is 21+ ONLY.

Venue Policies

PLEASE NOTE - The Hall is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office, and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick-up/drop-off location near the entrance for your convenience.

Lineups and times are subject to change. Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of Little Rock Hall and/or Ticketweb. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events. Tickets available at the door (if not sold out). No re-entry. Physical tickets available at the box office.

VIP Packages Powered by Sofar

Here's what you need to know:

1. You'll receive an email from vip@sofar.com 48 hours before the event with instructions for redeeming your VIP package.
2. VIP activities may occur up to 3-4 hours before the show, please plan accordingly.
3. The original purchaser must show their ID at VIP check-in to redeem the package elements.
4. All attendees need both a show ticket and a VIP package to attend VIP programming.
5. No parental escorts without their own package allowed.
6. VIP merchandise must be picked up during check-in at the show unless otherwise communicated.
7. Sofar reserves the right to cancel packages for any reason.
8. VIP elements are non-transferable and not valid if resold.
9. Communication about your purchase may be sent via SMS to the provided phone number.
