LineUp

Wild Willy Barrett, born Roger John Barrett in Aylesbury, England, is an experimental multi-instrumentalist, dubbed the "godfather of grunge folk." Known for virtuoso fiddle and guitar, he blends folk, blues, psychedelia, pop, and punk. His distinctive style includes playing slide guitar with an egg and using a 'wah wah wheelie bin.' He achieved a UK Top 30 hit with John Otway, "(Cor Baby That's) Really Free," and collaborated with artists like Squeeze and Madness.
Cockney musician and eccentric live performer John Otway broke out with the single Cor Baby That's Really Free, then signed to Polydor and released five albums. His 1977 debut with Wild Willy Barrett was produced by Pete Townsend; also worked with Nigel Pegrum.
