Wine Tasting

Wine Tasting is an ancient practice, formalized since the 14th century, for the sensory examination and evaluation of wine. It involves sight, smell, and taste to appreciate characteristics like aroma, flavor, and texture. Known for developing the palate and understanding wine's nuances, it ranges from recreational enjoyment to professional assessment by sommeliers. The scientific understanding of taste and smell, integral to this art, earned a Nobel Prize.
