The Wirtschaftswunder, formed in Limburg, Germany, in 1980, was a pioneering Neue Deutsche Welle band known for its experimental post-punk and new wave sound. With a multinational lineup, their unique style featured Italian singer Angelo Galizia's distinctive vocals. Popular songs include "Der Kommissar" and "Allein," with notable albums like "Salmobray" and "The Wirtschaftswunder." They created danceable yet disturbing pop music.
