Xtraordinary Ticket Disclaimer

All Xtraordinary Ticket purchasers will be contacted via e-mail a few days prior to the event date with additional program details. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All Xtraordinary Version X and Xtraordinary Version G Tickets and Ticket contents are non-transferable. The artist, show and venue reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. All sales are final.

Merchandise Distribution

All merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. Merchandise is not required for venue entry. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase. Commemorative laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The commemorative laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue or any backstage areas.

Delivery Delay

There is a delivery delay in place lifting 72 hours prior to showtime.

Accessible Seating Details

Accessible seating tickets are available for purchase via all Ticketmaster sales channels and the venue box office. For reserved events: The venue has wheelchair accessible seating in the loge that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage. For general admission events: On the floor level there is a raised platform with folding chairs that can accommodate patrons with various needs (wheelchair accessible, limited mobility, visually-impaired, hearing-impaired, etc.).
