Yara, a Lebanese pop singer born in Deir el Ahmar, is celebrated for her angelic presence and fusion of traditional Arabic music with modern pop. Known for hits like "Ma Baaref" and "Hob Kbeer", she sings in various Arabic dialects. Yara won "Kass el-Nojoum" in 1998 and a Murex D'or Award in 2007. Her collaborations include Fadel Shaker and RedOne. She also serves as a Lebanese Red Cross ambassador.
