Candlelight concerts in Reading surround live musicians with hundreds of flickering candles, creating a calm, intimate setting where familiar pieces are heard up close.
Among the locations is The Great Hall at the University of Reading, a historic hall on the London Road Campus close to the town centre, where a high-ceilinged interior gives acoustic music room to resonate.
Programmes typically span a varied range of musical styles.
