Your Guide to the Best Upcoming Concerts in Idaho

Idaho has produced some great artists and bands the likes of Josh Ritter, Rosalie Sorrels, La Monte Young, Paul Revere & the Raiders, and Caustic Resin. The state is known for rock, country, and jazz music. In Idaho, you can witness The Treefort Music Fest, which was founded in 2014. There’s also the Lionel Hampton International Jazz Festival organized by the University of Idaho. Boise State University also holds a similar festival called the Gene Harris Jazz Festival.

Most Anticipated Concerts in Idaho Scheduled This Year

G-Eazy, dubbed the James Dean of rap, is set to perform at the Revolution Concert House soon. This concert features a General Admission area as well as a VIP lounge; full bar is available for both.

A fan of metal? Check out the concert featuring Korn, a nu-metal band, alongside heavy metal bands Spiritbox and Gojira. It’s going to get really loud there.

Other noteworthy concerts in Idaho include Sixpence None The Richer, Thomas Rhett on his Better In Boots Tour 2025, and Breaking Benjamin & Staind with Special Guest Daughtry.

Where Are Most of the Idaho Concerts Held?

The Revolution Concert House in Garden City is a go-to venue for music in Idaho. It is an intimate indoor venue with full alcohol service.

Ford Idaho Center in Nampa, which is 15 miles west of Boise, is another premium venue for concerts. The venue has seen the likes of The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Tim McGraw, James Taylor, and Ben Harper.

Also, the Knitting Factory in Boise is a small intimate venue with a 1000 capacity. They serve a full menu of dinner and snacks, and also have a full bar for those above 21.

You should also check out the venues Shrine Social Club and ExtraMile Arena in Boise.

Pick the Right Concert

Finding Events: Besides the artists, also consider the venue. Some venues offer seats while some are standing only. Seated concerts create a relaxed formal atmosphere, while standing concerts offer energy and excitement.

Best Time to Visit: Summer is where a lot of prominent artists will tour the state. Most festivals also happen this season. On the other hand, ticket prices will be low during winter.

Age and Restrictions: If alcohol is being served, there most probably will be an age restriction. You may also be barred from bringing food and drinks from outside, especially if there’s an in-house restaurant.

Tips to Save on Your Concert Tickets

Planning for the Concert

Read the venue website’s FAQ to learn about their policies. Additionally, the performers will also bring their own rules to the table. Don’t forget to bring your ID, and most importantly, the tickets. Also, know whether the venue has parking – you don’t want there to be a hassle as you get there.
