Not the best place for playing football considering the offer arround. The peach is wasted which makes it the cheapest option so in that relation is fair business otherwise you can look arround with the offering. You can take your pet with you there and also have a cafeteria and paid parking (which makes it more valuable consideraring parking is not easy on specific times
