La Trastienda is a 700-capacity café-concert style music club located in the historic San Telmo/Monserrat neighborhood of Buenos Aires, housed in a late 19th-century building that was once a general store. This iconic venue offers an intimate setting with a unique layout, often featuring tables and chairs, fostering a close connection between diverse local and international artists and their audience across various genres.
Great place to see a band. It's a night club with balcony cabaret seating, bars in club & outside. Cabaret seating recommended for best views. Lower level can be either general admission or assigned seating - if they don't give option when buying tickets, it's open. Upper mezzanine is assigned. The venue is small - there are no bad seats/areas - although you'll be standing if general admission. Suggestion: arrive early, have a drink at outside bar, go into theater when they open the doors - about 30 min b4 act starts; 2 bars inside. I've seen Charley Garcia, Bajofondo and ZZ there, all were great, safe & well-run.

Blues fest. Super great event and a great venue. Comfortable seating and great acoustics.

It was ok, theres plenty of options on the menu. Prices were not that cheap.
