Amazing location in a historical building. Fabulous atmosphere that's welcoming to all, and with the variety of shows that happen here there is something for everyone. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get out and have a good night. Some of the cheapest drinks too!

The Crown and Anchor, or 'The Cranker', is a great spot to unwind and enjoy some nostalgia. The friendly bar staff are quick to serve up your favorite drinks, with Coopers being a popular choice. The band room is a big hit. Local bands play most nights, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. There are also stand-up comedy shows from time to time. Don't forget to play a game of pool while you're there, it's a part of the whole 'Cranker' experience. In short, The Crown and Anchor is a classic pub where you can enjoy good beer, great music, and meet some interesting locals. It's a must-visit if you're in Adelaide.
