A decently good sized entertainment centre where a lot of events are held. They have a large parking lot (which most people need because the centre is so far away) which they charge a standard rate of $18. The parking lot is huge but be careful because for big events, if you dawdle at the end of it, it’ll probably take you an hour (no joke) to get out. The centre itself is good. We’ve been to two events here and they have a good setup with merchandise stands and food and drinks around the place. The seating area is a bit tight (if you need to get out of your seat, you’ll have to push past everyone), but it’s good for what it is! One thing I’d mention is that once you get into the actual venue / seating areas, it is COLD 🥶. They pump the AC really strong in there. Overall, the venue is good - large areas and comfortable seating. I’d bring a light jacket just in case you don’t cope too well with cold AC, and also be wary of the parking situation! Some people leave EXACTLY when the show or last song ends.

Obvs a big fan, nothing but good memories here. The venue had a recent upgrade, there are now more toilets, exits, and amenities. Absolutely no worries handling a full house, and the stage layout allows even people with the side seats to get a good view. I know you won't be buying tickets because of the venue, but even though this place is a bit smaller, it's more intimate and one of the best I've been to. For photos, that is from the GA area.

I went to Hauser's concert. You can get here after getting off at Bondell train station and walking for 10 minutes. It also has a large parking lot. The seats were quite close together. We sat very tightly together with the people next to me.

a top class venue with lots of parking spread out around the beautiful wetlands and grounds. The security heck and ticket check in was smooth and efficient. The toilets and food facilities are all conveniently located close by. The views from within are onubstructed and clear. The seating is a bit too close and straight backed for long seating sessions but everything is easy and accessible. Leaving was also quite smooth with everyone cooperating with eachother to ensure a friendly and fluid exit. The closing down of one lane when we exited the venue is also a brilliant idea. Great place that continues to give and give and give.

Went there for a concert, very pleased with the traffic control, entry to the venue went smoothly even though it was a sold out event and the gentleman helping us to find out seats was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the fact that we could not see the stage, we bought seated tickets as I have health concerns limiting my ability to stand for long periods of time. From the beginning to the end of the concert the people in front of us stood up, when I asked them to please sit down they very rudely said no and told us to stand up, not only could I not stand for the entirety of the concert it would have also meant that those seated behind would not be able to see. There was a time when standing in those steeply seated areas was not allowed at the Entertainment Centre and security made sure this was enforced, if this was still the fact I wouldn't have paid over $400 for us to stare at other people's backs.
