Grand on Ann, a 600-capacity event venue in Brisbane City, is the grand hall of the heritage-listed Masonic Memorial Centre, a Classical Revival landmark built 1928-1930 as a World War I tribute. Its vaulted coffered ceiling and Whitehouse pipe organ create an atmospheric backdrop for diverse live performances, notably its popular Candlelight and Jazz Room concert series.
A magnificent old building with wonderful acoustics. Showcasing talented musicians. So worth it

The venue was very atmospheric (in the hall)….but the bar area was very basic and didn’t really add to the event. The set up in the hall was great, although the candles should be randomly orientated rather than set up in quadrants….but maybe that was just me! Lol

If you get the chance, see this or any of these shows. They set a relaxed and intimate setting and the musicians are very talented and engaging. Staff and ushers are great.
