John Cain Arena & Outside Courts (Formerly Melbourne Arena) Concerts 2025

Attending the tennis was an absolute highlight for me, especially getting to watch a doubles match featuring previous champions. The game was incredibly entertaining, filled with the kind of skill and excitement that only seasoned players can bring to the court. This experience was made even more special as it was a birthday gift from my best friend. Unfortunately, she couldn't make it, but this turned into a wonderful opportunity to share the day with my second-best friend—my son. The time spent together, was priceless and made for a memorable birthday celebration. It was a fantastic day out, full of fun, bonding over a shared love for the sport, and witnessing the impressive display of tennis skills.

Ah John Cain, you’ve done it again. A wonderful venue to watch a large scale event complete with stadium sound and lighting. Dirk and I came to attend the Pendulum show for his birthday. I made him wear a high vis jacket so I wouldn’t lose him again. He had a great time wandering around the venue. The lights were so bright I said “What? How.” I could have worn my sunglasses inside it was that bright, imagine that! The Pendulum were very good performers and I saw lots of people having a wonderful time. Thank you John Cain.

My first time at the Atena. Went for the NF concert. It was a scorching hot day 🥵 but once inside it was perfectly cooled. Very clean venue. Good food! The atmosphere was great from the crowds, but the staff could have been a little politer, otherwise it was a great experience 👍😁

Great place for a concert as you can see the stage from your seats quite clearly. Friendly security and lots of food outlets.

Had the Asian Infusion experience. It was okay. The food was different but cold at the lunch sitting. We booked tickets for RLA and had to walk to JCA for lunch. No screens in JCA had the RLA game showing, so we missed some of the game. Staff did not seem to know where it was when we first enquired. Could be a bit better organised considering the price. The manager was very helpful and offered us complementary dinner access, which was appreciated.
