Neil gave us an amazing experience at the wine tasting. Very knowledgeable as well as imparted some of that wine knowledge to us. He definitely took those extra steps and finer details that thoroughly impressed us. Some of the wines were really good as well. So can’t complain. Overall a wonderful wine tasting experience.

I had a lovely tasting experience, guided by a very knowledgeable gentleman. He asked my wine preferences and altered the tasting selections slightly to cater for them.

Beautiful grounds and friendly, helpful staff. While the outdoor area has great views, they have a big problem with magpies and have made no clear attempts to discourage them, which can be problematic if you have children. The do have one private, air-conditioned room indoors seating 16. The woodfired pizzas are delicious. However, you also have order wines from the outside bar, where the whites are kept in an ice bucket. That means on a hot day, your white wine isn't as cold as you'd like it to be. I'm all for supporting our local vineyards, but with the Hunter Valley competition as fierce as it is, Bimbadgen needs to level up.

One of the greatest wineries in Hunter valley. Beautiful building and great views of the valley from the winery, sitting on top of the hill. The staff were friendly and professional. They have woodfired pizza and gelato on site. I tried their bubbly, Shiraz and Vintage Shiraz and end up buying all three. They were nice on the pallet and were amazing. Very neat and tidy winery and they had an amazing tasting area with separate room if you would like to book for a larger group. They do have a restaurant on site as well. There staff has great knowledge about the products range and it was a pleasure to be there. I will be back soon. Thanks for the great service and great wine.
