Metro Theatre Concerts 2026

First time went to Metro Theatre and it didn't disappoint. Went to see Stephen Sanchez, and the quality of the sound system was amazing!! He also has a beautiful voice. Probably need toilet upgrade. The toilet is very small and tight (females). But it was a great night ! Enjoyed it.

This is a very intimate venue that was located close to my hotel. I walked by at several times, and was familiar with several of the art. Was able to see Allman Betts play with some great Sydney musicians. Great concert venue, standing only.

Went to see a concert there (Aterciopelados). The space is really awesome as it's divided in long balconies so everyone can see pretty well the scene. Drinks were affordable and staff was quite chill. Security/staff let us in with food (cheesecake from Tetsu) on the promise we put it in consignment in their fridges (paid $5 for it). I appreciate they trusted us to do that and didn't follow us and all.

Great music venue, not a glamourous location. But does a great job presenting the live bands at their best. Would definitely go again!

Metro is amazing to watch some shows and to enjoy a good beer around the cbd. The town hall station is just a few meters away.
