Burg Stixenstein Concerts

From the lower road it looks like a very nice castle in a nice environment. Since I was just passing by, I didn't install it, maybe next time.

Castle in excellent condition. It is easily accessible, the last 3-400 meters on a narrow forest road. The castle is open and freely accessible. For this openness, I have all the credit for the owners. The most interesting part is a residential tower-like building, inside of which there is a real castle atmosphere, and from the upper level of which you can see the surroundings beautifully. It is also worth seeing the small castle chapel, which has been especially beautifully restored with the reliefs of the stations on its walls.

Not always open but if you happen to walk in it's a lovely place. Just ask the people there nicely.

A wonderful place with very friendly people who are happy to tell you about the history of Stixenstein.
