Billrothhaus Concerts 2025

A fantastic evening seeing the orchestra playing beautiful classical music! There were also the added bonus of ballet and opera too! It’s compulsory to leave your jackets in the cloakroom for 1euro. There’s a bar for drinks before the performance. Go early if you need the toilet beforehand as there can be a wait!

A convincing sales man has sold us the tickets on the roundabout of Spanish Riding School. Seats were nicely booked beside each other. Once we arrived, I thought that no many people would be there as it was Sunday night. But it was 80-90% booked. In summer, the dress code was casual which was easier as we did not plan for such event. Staff was friendly and over us better seats as kids were not able to see the band. All musics that were played were professionally played. Kids enjoyed every one and decided to discover more about Mozart and the rest. The only and only thing was that the hall was a bit hot and needed a better cooling system.

I went to see Weiner Kaiser Orchester. They were amazing. It was a small classical koncert, and the place looks much bigger in pictures than in real life, but that made it even better, when you could easily be up close with the musicians. The host spoke in english since most of the audience were turists

We were recently charmed by a salesman (Doni) to buy tickets for a music performance at the Billrothhaus near the horse stables in the center of the city. Needless to say we were extremely happy with our experience. We have two teenagers and they were skeptical of this sale. The musicians played Mozart, we heard amazing singing and dancing and it was crazy warm, 33 degree celsius. Highly recommend this place and performance. Perfect memory for our family visit to Vienna.
