One of the most important museums in the worldwide as there are vast of art collections, paintings, antiques and sometimes exhibits. The octagonal dome, exterior and interior are such an impressive structure and architecture being built. The painting on the ceiling is fascinating. Remarkable impression particularly the staircase and the dome. It need 3 hrs to read every description - which English is available A worthy visit to this majestic museum. There is an available cafe inside the museum. Free entrance if you are using Vienna Pass card.

Such a stunning building, with a fantastic range of things to look at & learn about the history of the exhibits. We were on the fence about the €21 per ticket price as it felt a bit expensive but was really worth it as you can spend many hours here & really get your moneys worth. Passed on the cafe as it was very expensive but don’t forget to have a look as it’s a very beautiful part of the building! Skip the line and buy tickets in advance on the website

This museum is impressive from start to finish; every penny spent on it is totally worth the experience. From artifacts and art dating back to 2000 B.C. to the place itself, everything falls into an impeccable surrounding of peace and beauty. It's incredible what humans can do with enough creativity, imagination, and goodwill.

An absolutely stunning museum, one of my favourite I’ve been to in Europe. Highlights for me included almost all the paintings by Pieter Bruegel the Elder, the large painting of Marie Antoinette and of course what they had from Arcimboldo’s Four Seasons series and Four Elements series We bought tickets while standing outside of the museum because there was a bit of a queue for the ticket office. We were in much faster than those waiting in line

The museum has excellent design. You can tour the museum worry-free by leaving your valuables in the lockers. For a modest cost, an audio guide is provided. The experience of viewing exquisitely crafted objects was very remarkable.
