Palais Coburg Concerts 2024-2025

Firstly, I should say that I didn’t stay here, I came inside for a drink. The ambience was nice and quite pretty, the problem here was the distasteful service which safe to say ruined my experience. Served by the blond short haired waiter, who’s name I didn’t ask, with bad faces and simply poor service for such a pretty hotel, a shame.

The service is phenomenal, and the extra touches like the welcome sweets/champagne, daily stocked mini-bar, and all inclusive breakfast in the beautiful Clementine “Glashaus” make it very memorable. The only thing I can’t give a full 5 stars to is the room itself. While very spacious, the heating/cooling in our room wasn’t very effective. Even at the coldest setting we were uncomfortably warm at night and had to rely on leaving the balcony door open to get fresh air. The noises from other rooms is very loud - things like footsteps, moving furniture, etc. Finally, if you prefer a standing shower the setup is a bit uncomfortable since the tub is not enclosed.

We had a nice dinner at the bar/restaurant next to reception. The bartender Niko impressed us with his impeccable service, welcoming attitude and quick delivery of our dishes which left us satisfied and happy. An absolutely stunning location! 😃 The food is outstanding, both in the gourmet restaurant and in the glasshouse. Price-wise, it's on the upscale side, but for the exceptional quality and presentation, every euro is well worth it! The staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and wonderfully friendly! Whether you're a tourist or a local, this is an absolute must-see or must-experience destination! We were genuinely thrilled to be here. ❤️😀
