Nice concert hall, drinks are affordable, has a smoking terrace, metro station is very close, easy to find

First, it was really hot. To anyone shorter or that isn’t from Austria, keep in mind the floor isn’t sloped like in other venues and locals are probably all going to be taller than you, I could barely see the artists face on my tiptoes and mind you I’m just 1.70 so not that short either and it ruined my experience. Last but most important, we checked 3 coats in at the wardrobe service and when trying to retrieve it we found there was a misunderstanding. We thought they gave us two tickets because two of the items were paired together and they were repeating to us we had to have three and wouldn’t try to help us. I was very understanding of the workers and always addressed them politely simply trying to help them help us and get our stuff back. In the end they told us to wait until everyone got their stuff so of course we waited until the line cleared up and waited some extra time to see if anyone else needed to get their coat before going back to the desk. I really don’t like confrontation and it’s very difficult for me to get to a point where I would raise my voice at someone doing their job. When we went again they showed the coat and asked if it was the one to which we said yes and this employee asked another one if they could give it to us but they screamed at her and she nicely told us that this other employee had to talk to us first. When she came over, from the start, she was very rude to me, saying stuff "this is your coat and I know because this other employee went and found it on the floor" to which I tried to apologize and explain that it was our mistake but she cut me off and kept going that we had to wait until everyone was gone and we didn’t cause there were like two or three coats left (mind you we waited extra time to see if those were retrieved) and overall being very rude. I was just in shock so I just said okay and left. She seemed to be the manager too. I understand this must happen a lot and it would be frustrating but we were trying with our whole hearts to be respectful and acknowledge our mistake.

The event was really nice but the place not really. I was on such event in Vienna for the first time but I have never experienced such uncomfortable seats and also they were on one level so we had difficulties to she the performer on the stage. Also payments for the jackets, I do understand that one has to pay to leave the jacket but there was no such information in the email before and also no information that there is only cash payment. Very inconvenient for tourists

A concert hall on the upper floor of a shopping centre. It is tidy and clean. A bit weak acoustically, but tolerable. However, it's very hot, no ventilation.

Nice clean venue. Easy to reach. Looks a bit more like a high school gym, but it s not bad at all. As a plus, they also have cider and a broad range of other drinks! The sound inside could be a bit better though
