Theater Akzent Concerts 2025

Theater itself is very nice. We went on an austropop singer Stefanie Werger performance. She was singing and talking about her life. There were also 2 other guys - playing guitar and a piano. It was a great show 🎶

Great small theater. The seats are set up well so you can see even if you are short and there is plenty of space to sit to have a a drink in the intermission or you can go outside. The coat check is obligatory and costs 1.50 euro per person so make sure you have cash. The sound quality is good in the theater itself though the technical stuff (how loud each voice was) did not seem well thought out- but not sure if that depends on the show. The program was 4 euros which I found expensive- same as the staatsoper. Basically you are looking at an extra 7 euros for coats and a program for 2 people. There is free parking in the parking garage though!

Really nice theatre located in the middle of Vienna. The premises are clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice and the seats are generally very comfy as well. It is a very nice traditional looking building. The programme it offers has got a lot of different plays which keeps it very entertaining and there is always something new to discover. You should use public transport to get there, as parking is very challenging around the area.

Great family theater I can't even remember exactely how many times I have been to the Akzent - what I can remember however, is - I always had a good time! It might not be as grand as other theaters in this classical city, but make no mistake, the Akzent more than makes up for it with their charm. You can't help but feel delighted at the effort everybody puts in. From entering and being taken care of at the coat check, to the ushers who not only show you to your seats, but also pass along knowledge about the upcoming performance, to the tech crew, who really help the show look, feel and sound great - all the way up to the amazing performances on stage. I shall not forget the helpful people at the box office, be it in person or over the phone! The program is quite diverse, lots of comedy, good music and also quite an emphasis on shows for kids and teens. If you look to stray a bit from the beaten path of the big houses, you will be rewarded by a welcoming atmosphere and experience in this lovely house.

Very good place for any kind of art performance Nice area, parking is available around the theater. Inside is nice, good air-conditioned, with nice and polite staff.
