Kursaal Oostende Concerts 2025

Splendid example of '50s architecture and a lovely venue. The main hall is great and there is a massive bar area behind it. So why not 5 stars. You need to leave your coat (in mid-winter anyway) and there is a huge queue at the end. You pay to leave your coat. We left 2, or were given 3 when we asked for them back. I hope someone got their coat back.... Small thing, but a surprise to me. The seat numbers are in pairs. One side of the hall is all odd numbers and the other side is all even. Not really a problem, but something to be aware of.

I visited last week,March 6th. The spectacle was amazing!!! Can't take pictures or videos. There is no own parking, so you have to walk 15 minutes to the place. The only inconvenience is that is too far, almost 3 hours by car one way. Should be somewhere in the middle of the country.

I was surprised seeing such huge concert hall in a relatively small town like Odense. I studied the program for H1/2024 and discovered there will be a lot of performances, some of them with worldwide popular artists and singers. The building itself is interesting by its design - to create respect from the entrance. Visitors may be advised that the bar is large, queues are minimal, but they do not accept cash or card, but only jetons from the vending machines located just nearby in the vestibule. And please note if you are a coffee lover it is advisable to abstain from ordering a cup of coffee there…

Nice seashore, very windy. Nice restaurants along with great service and food.

We enjoyed a show of The Analogues, performing The Beatles' White Album. Being seated near the stage and close to the performers gave an extra vibe to experience. Comfortable seating and temperature. I recommend this venue.
