Commonwealth Bar & Stage Concerts 2026

The music is nice downstairs. Don't go upstairs very crowded smells bad and youngsters are looking for troubles. Overall below average the only time when a DJ from the states came downstairs that was fun. Downstairs is much safer and decent. Arrange your lift becarful when you leave outside lots of careless rowdy youngsters other than that it's fine.

Nice small concerts. Sound quality isn’t the best but it was a fun time. Drinks are average price and taste normal.

It is my first time partying in Calgary and it was a blast. I really enjoyed that night, I went with my new found friends. The atmosphere is so good. People were so cool and the DJs really hype up the crowd. Thats a good first impression. I wish to come back again soon.

Great venu for shows. Sound quality was really good. There were enough bars to make it easy and quick to get drinks all night. They seemed to be doing a pretty good job checking vaccine status etc.. at the door. I saw USS here and they put on an amazing show. I will for sure be keeping an eye on any other bands that will be playing at Commonwealth

I’ll like talk about my experience on Sunday. I was being dragged upstairs by a security which was very aggressive towards me. Everyone rushed in and thanks to the black white haired security who came and calmly tap the other security and told him to let go he will take it from there and have me leave the club, (im a small guy apparently)as I was been held so bad even tho I didn’t do anything other than want to go upstairs.. a security job is to calmly escalate the matter before aggressively pushing out, if the white haired security never came, I would have been injured by the other one, as I wanted to go out quietly but wasn’t giving an option .. thanks to the black white haired security for taking me out calmly, I appreciate you.
