Great Canadian Casino Vancouver Reviews

So much fun! There is a band every Saturday night and everyone loves to dance. Great people watching! There are a few restaurants to buy food including Ramsey Burger 🍔 They do switch up the slots from time to time also, in case you get bored of the same ones. They have all the usual card games. Great fun on the weekends!

Loved seeing a concert here. Great time. Played some slots, had a few drinks and plenty of parking. The line at the door to get in looked long but it went really fast. You have to have ID to get in so be prepared. Drinks were flowing and a cover band also played and was open to anyone to listen too.

Went there for a concert. We did want to go for dinner. They have 4 restaurants in total, 3 of them are burger joints and 1 seafood asia restaurant. There should be more variety and choice. Perhaps, Italian, Greek, steak house, just another choice!! We went for dinner before at an outside restaurant! When we went to the casino, there were no directions as to how to get to the theatre when parking! We parked by the front entrance of the casino. We had to walk all the way through the casino, out doors at the back and then all the way around the building! You should have directions posted so that people are aware where to park. I have a disability and walk with a walker, it was a long distance for me. Worse than that, when the show was over, we tried to walk back the same way, the doors were closed. We ended up having to walk all the way back out and around another building. Very badly organized!! The theatre was nice, comfortable seats, clean and tidy. We enjoyed the show. I had picked up a play card to play at the casino afterwards. When we went there, the card would not work. I played anyway without the card. Only other good thing about it, I won $380. It would be nice if you could work on having some other restaurant choices and having directions posted outside so that people know where the theatre is.

Let's face it... it's depressing and a reflection of this country’s currently unchecked overcontrolling socialist government ways… Depressing to take a cab or an uber to the Casino, walk through the filthy stairwell, get the daylights ID’d out of you. Depressing to wait well over 5 minutes to be greeted by anyone at the not busy music section, to then have one of the many too-cool kiddy-style servers finally show up to sit you at a table you’ve booked in advance. Controlling and diminishing of liberties to then learn their rules that they will not serve you more than 2oz of spirits per hour, never minding the fact you're not driving. Depressing discovering you have to now endure an extremely boring and 'safe sounding' dj & band... We got up and left in-between songs; The only vote here is with your $. Why the alcohol control? It's because casinos are in conflict with the other intuitions the government controls; it’s the collusion, $, and the control by the government of gambling, alcohol & narcotics, policing, medical, insurance, etc... welcome to controlling Canada. Why the safe music? No clue beside control by those with no taste, trying to be unoffensive and appeal to the majority or demographic who will remain and perhaps give away their dollars. Why the filth? Just lazy, ignorant, not in the union contract? God only knows, however it is the real reflection & truth about the cares of entity you are engaging your over taxed dollars with. In contrast go to Vegas... where you can walk around with a drink anywhere &/or have some strong herb, it’s clean, you can experience great live & canned music, safe entertainment, and they offer you a free beverage if you like while you are gambling… and no one is losing or exerting any unnecessary control over any matters… fathom the freedom.

My girlfriends and I did not have a good experience at the food area located in this casino. The food itself was great, but the staff were beyond rude even snickering at our group. When confronted about an issue and their behavior that followed, we felt the manager/supervisor also did not take our concerns seriously. When asking for the employees name before leaving the area to further escalate the matter the next day (as we were getting no where), she told one friend her name was Pattie and then another friend that her name was Karen. Not sure what her actual name was. It was beyond unprofessional. We won't be back.
