Century Casino Concerts 2024

This casino is great the staff is lovely. The dealers are amazing. Always come down for the ufc fight nights. I can’t complain about this place its clean and the food is great. I’ve yet to stay in the rooms here but in due time I shall. Keep up the good work.

I only go here to volunteer as cashier for various charities when they are short workers, so I am not actually accessing their services, but I do interact with staff...and might I say, they are fantastic! I can see from where I stand that staff goes above and beyond all the time for customers. Things do get unruly at times, but they are always calm, cool and extremely level headed. It always amazes .e how professional they are at all times. Always "on the ball". Always watching, while doing what needs to be done. The casinos in Edmonton run like VERY well oiled machines. I find it so much fun to volunteer for them! And everyone else that does what I do (is on a list to fill in when needed) loves what they do to! Of course we do, or why would we keep going back? We are compensated by all the friendly faces, and we even sometimes get a chuckle out of the not so friendly because we do what we can to spread the joy. It's contagious in that atmosphere! It's a great place to spend an evening! ☺

We had lunch at the Century today. Burgers with cheese and bacon were $11.99. You could get a 23 Oz beer or a high ball for $5 with it. The burger is super filling. I could barely eat it all. It was pretty good. You need to sit on the bar side to get this deal. It was a Monday at 130pm when we visited.

We came in Friday, March 8th... there were 4 of us. We sat in the bar area around 7 pm... we sat down, waitress brought us all water and menu's... we decided to order an appetizer to share. After we ordered the appetizer, the waitress didn't come back for a long time.. when we received our appetizer by a different waitress, i had to ask for cutlery pepper and plates... I had to look for our waitress and call her to come and get our drinks and food order. I wasn't very happy as she was gone for a while. She snapped back at me, which I wasn't very happy about. She took our orders and drinks order. We waited and waited, and no drinks showed up. I watched the waiter pour alcoholic drinks to all the people walking up to the bar, but our pop wasn't there. I was able to get our waitress and ask her what happened to our pop. She said, "Oh, the bar lost our order, and she had to confirm what we ordered. I guess we are not important 🤷 because we didn't order alcoholic drinks... food was good. After having a chat with the waitress and she told us how another waitress didn't show, maybe even got fired. She wasn't 100% sure. I am truly disappointed that management didn't jump in to help. I felt bad and she felt 😕 really bad that she didn't give us a good service but there was a reason. Management should have never left her in this situation. I tipped her well as when she opened up and we chatted about this, we all felt bad. I just wished she would have told us at the beginning. I was also there Sunday afternoon volunteering , and when I went to the bar to order my lunch, the bartender(lady) was hiding in the corner on her phone... I stood there for a few min. She didn't call a waitress over so I could order food. I had to look for one.. also, does Casino offer food specials? I saw some posters in the bathroom and walls but didn't see any signs on the tables while dining.. my husband and I came in a few weeks ago ( I didn’t know anything about specials on Sunday), but service and food were awesome..

This property was decent and quite huge; the decore within the lobby was attractive and the space appeared to be really large. The front entrance is locked at night, and security patrols are conducted on a regular basis because it is in a high-crime area of Edmonton. However, they appear to do an excellent job of ensuring visitor safety. The rooms are huge and the mattresses are comfy; my only issue is that I could hear people in the corridor at all hours of the night. That is not their fault, but rather a situational experience, thus I forgive them. Staff are really helpful and nice; overall, I would stay here again.
