River Cree Resort and Casino Concerts 2024

This Casino is really nice. Different restaurants to try (all are good) and offer good variety. The staff is so nice, helpful and very professional. It is easy to get to and offers lots of parking. I have family that stays here often and they love the rooms and all the shows that they have on. Very highly recommend checking it out, whether you live in Edmonton or just visiting.

Very much overpriced for the quality of service received. Hotel cable is limited and the channel guide is not correct. Staff were not friendly and were aloof in trying to address any issues. Security scrutinizes your every move while you are in the lobby. There are shady characters in and out of the area, likely drawn to the casino on the site. The smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke near the entrance was overpowering. Because I was staying multiple days and did not require room cleaning I asked guest services to provide replacement drinking glasses and paper coffee cups on 2 occasions. To no avail, they didn't arrive. The beds and pillows were not what I expected for the price I paid. I had much better sleeps in low priced motels. River Cree, travelers that spend $300 per night should at least have a decent nights sleep in a cozy bed? On a positive note, the hotel is quite modern and was very clean. Food in the restaurants was decent but expensive. Elevators are quite fast as well which was nice. Internet is fast and efficient.

Hello, I just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful experience. Myself and my friend came there for dinner at the kitchen, we had made dinner reservations and the food was amazing, and the staff, was very friendly. and then went to a show, it was amazing, but can I just say one thing that I saw . When the show started people were coming to their seats, that's fine, but when the show is almost 1hr into people we're still coming to find there seats, I think if the show is started, then the doors should be closed after 20mins, just so it doesn't bother the other people. But I still would love to come back for dinner and a show again . Thank you again for the amazing experience.

I love this place. I don't gamble, but the venue is awesome. Always great shows. Fair prices. Minus the $4 water. Quit gouging. Fodd is affordable n tastes fantastic.

Disappointing to say the least. We called in advance to ensure the room rate of 89/night in January. The lady said yes as long as we have our players card, we can swipe it when we get there to get that room rate. We booked it last minute for this reason. When we got there and swiped, nothing showed up. We explained to the front desk the issue, and they couldn’t have cared less. It was basically take the full room rate or leave. We were not happy already, and then the concierge informed us, there is an early check in for being a couple hours early. When we are already annoyed with charged more than we expected. Not waving that fee just seems unnecessary. (Just drove 6+ hours) This was our second stay here, we like the River Cree hotel and casino, they have some nice restaurants, the pool and hot tub is good, The rooms are nice, and the gambling is fun. But we felt unheard and like we didn’t matter as guest. Again, disappointing when we were expecting a cheap get away, and spend 150-200 more than expected. Likely won’t come back because of this.
