Underground parking is free on weekdays after 6 pm and on weekends. The parking lot entrance is on the West side of the facility, on Living Arts Drive between Prince of Wales Drive and Princess Royal Drive. Clearly marked accessible parking spaces are located next to the elevators on levels P1 and P2.

We encourage all patrons to arrive early at the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the entry process. We suggest you leave any valuable and unnecessary items at home. Food, Drink & Alcohol concessions are located throughout the venue. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue. Due to health and safety, all guests must always wear a shirt and shoes. All guests are subject to inspection. Venue management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.
