I had a good time with my toddler. Staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. The théâtre was clean with nice sound quality.

Located downtown , easy access by public transit although indoor parking is available. Connects to a pretty impressive food court. Seating offers a pretty good view anywhere. Sound is awesome. Physical seats are dated and tight. Bar service in lobby. Location facilitates access to different outdoor festivals.

My disabled mother and I got off the bus and stepped into the doorway during a tornado warning today. Everyone in the city had received warnings on their phones to seek shelter. A security guard told us we could not stay even though it was “raining”. Meanwhile, signs and garbage cans are blowing down the street and the sewer grates are being lifted off the ground by water. Shame on her for telling us to leave. We were following the warning and we’re not blocking g or hurting anyone or property. The security person needs to learn a bit of respect, empathy, and common sense!

Went to see a dance performance. The facility is well organized. The entrance of people is flowing fast. Toilet are clean and the hall tables you to see from every angle.
