The Phoenix Concert Theatre Concerts 2024-2025

I'm very impressed with the venue. It was amazing being there. Well organized, no delays, super friendly staff and the security, one even complimented my jacket. Also, they gave water. Free water, in bottles, isn't it great? I was very thirsty and here it comes. They have clean bathrooms, bar, fantastic sound quality. Highly recommended!

Great sound, not really any bad seat in the house to view the show, coat check available and well organized, great line control to get people in and the most thorough and friendly pat-down I’ve ever received. Lots of bars inside so don’t bother waiting in line where the merch is sold but the drink selection and cost is BRUTAL! Paying $12.50 for either a bud, bud light, or mill st organic tallboy that isn’t even that cold… there are so many awesome local places (like mill st) to make things more interesting and for me to feel better about paying so much for one drink. The place has history that’s for sure and I will be back if the act and ticket price is right. Some public parking across the street but plan to arrive early to get a spot or go to nearby streets (like Church St) and plan to walk over.

Staff here are super welcoming and accommodating. My partner was pregnant when we went and they had accessible seating at a standing room only show. The show was great, too! Overall the venu is fun and in a nice area with ample parking directly across the street. My only complaint is that the sound was a bit muddied at times.

Great venue which operates independently from the live nation overlords. You can get up close and personal with your favourite artists. Sound quality is always done well (for the shows I've been to - which are many!) Note this is a grungier venue so be prepared for some fun characters hanging outside on Sherborne street. Once again the security stop at the front door showed abuse and pathetic search routines I could not believe what are they searching for anyway girl on girl this time the black girl went into little zippered pockets of my girlfriend's purse as if she's caring Hatchet in there or something!this Ultra small space in a purse does not hold any type of threat to the public.this game from the black girl security is pathetic and so front door security are the biggest problem once again to make him feel people feel comfortable upon entering this facility. Bad attitude from the entry security staff at the front doors with totally unreasonable searches spreads bad vibes that transcends amongst people throughout the building during a rock concert. These small pocket searches girls purses does not happen anywhere else in Toronto but the Phoenix Club and that's one reason why I hate this place they make me and my guest feel bad the minute we in the front door.it seems like that will never change here !@%# although once inside things have settled down with their staff, that is appreciated.
