Hollywood Theatre Concerts 2024-2025

I really like this venue and location. I read some reviews that mentioned bad experiences with security and I can say that the security here was professional and respectful. They answered all of my questions and were polite in all my interactions. The only reason for 4 stars is that the sound system is primarily two line arrays which are positioned on the left and right hand sides of the stage. It means that if you want to stand front and centre of stage the audio is directed behind you and you sacrifice some sound quality. Other than that, the venue was great with friendly staff, professional security and tidy bathrooms.

Great venue..was there for the first time September 2nd 2023 to see The Dead Daisies and The Wild..sound was great for the headliner! Really no complaints at all, other than draft beer could be a bit cheaper..bathrooms were always clean throughout the night, staff are friendly, etc. I hope to catch more shows there in the future! First time at this venue. It's a bit of a drive results in kitsalano but it's a fantastic venue. Good sound.

Great venue! A lot of nice seats and a lot of standing/dancing room. Good sound. Small enough that you can see from everywhere. However, if you really need a seat then line up before the doors open. We love seeing tribute bands in such an intimate setting!

For Ibrahim Maalouf's concert, we were told by the bouncer that we're not allowed in because we didn't have physical id (even though other people went inside in front of our eyes showing IDs on their phone) but they didn't accept ours for some reason.. The bouncer told us that she will contact the "refund team" to get us a refund and took our email, but when we contacted to inquire about the refund, they refused to give back the money.
