Accessible parking must be reserved by phone 7-10 days in advance and is subject to availability. Easy Park Playhouse patrons may reserve accessible parking with a dedicated phone number: 604.706.1257. Also at an open air parking lot on Cambie Sttreet or the Vancouver Public Library: Underground lot between West Georgia and Robson Street; entrance off Hamilton Street.

Vancouver Civic Theatres requires that all audience members, including children, must have a ticket. There are no exemptions to this policy regardless of the child's age. If you bring young children to a performance, please be respectful of other patrons by encouraging them to observe proper theatre etiquette such as sitting still and not talking during the performance. If children become restless during the performance, you may be asked to take them into the lobby. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by another patron 16 years of age or older.
