Capital Ballroom Concerts 2024-2025

Went to a couple shows here and was great for sound. It is a bar with sticky floors and a lot of fun. Drinks were steep, but they are downtown Victoria.

Good place for a drink. Terrible place for a concert. Seating is minimal. Meaning none. It's a bar with cover band playing. Not a concert venue.

We went to see Strange Advance play at the Capital Ballroom May 14th. We were worried it would be wall to wall people and very hot, based upon reviews. However, the venue was very pleasant, the band was awesome, and there were fans placed around the area for ventilation. Drinks are expensive, but that's to be expected at any concert venue. Overall, we had a wonderful evening and the service at the Capital Ballroom was excellent.

Attended my first concert at the capital last night. Minimal seating, mostly standing. Only possible to have a view of the stage by obstructing someone else’s view of the stage.

This is the only venue that has ruined concert experiences for me. The sound gets so loud and distorted that songs become unrecognizable and painful to the ears to listen to. Please fix this! I'd love to be able to enjoy shows here in Victoria more regularly but it's hard to do with the sound quality the way it is.
