I always love going there, service is great and they accommodate your needs and have English speaking waiters.

denied entry because i had a 10L bag with water bottle, passport and phone chargers etc. came back the next day at an earlier timing and had to pay $5 to get in... got in at 3+pm only to be told the table games starts at 6pm. goodness.

Standard Room is good but with old carpet, old decoration and accessories and high price. Casino is good. The food is excellent. The service is good

Very nice hotel. Casino costs $ to enter! Extremely loud at night with music blasting from the empty casino. If you get an unlucky room, will be very noisy! Rooms have nice view of the ocean and balcony. They don’t seem familiar with the city, took 20 mins to get a restaurant recommendation. Not downtown, you’ll need to walk or Uber.

Superb hotel with a fantastic view of Pacific ocean. It is also right opposite to one of the historical monuments of Antofagasta. The staff are super courteous and helpful. The location is away from the downtown of Antofagasta hence not many eating facilities within the walking distance, but lots of cabs are available in the area. The restaurant at the hotel is good. There is a casino in the basement and it can little noisy on the weekends (if you are staying in 2nd or 3rd floor).
