Large facility. Limited shade. Poor management of access to events. Would not consider this to be at an international standard to host events but could be with a bit of attention to detail and finishing

In the panamerican games the stadium was refurbished and everything was ok.

Apparently, the stadium was renovated for the Pan-Am Games; however, everything was dusty and not in the greatest condition. The stadium is outdated and not inviting at all. I was here during the opening ceremony, and it was chaotic. I'm not the biggest fan.

Watching the PanAM games and enjoying the atmosphere. Crowd is great, volinteers even better. Womderful venue with a dark history.
