Clarion Congress Hotel Olomouc Concerts 2024

Wry nice rooms, the restaurant is very nice too, the congress venue is also good. The only negative feedback would be the breakfast buffet. It is below international standards. My stay was very nice nevertheless thank you!

Great hotel for the reasonable price. Good location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, rich selection for breakfast, safe parking for 6 euro only. I strongly recommend it

+ rooms are ok, receptionists are nice - terrible service. We stayed 4 nights. After 3 nights we asked for cleaning our room because nothing was done in the previous days. Everything they did was taking the rubbish out and supplying the toilet paper. Nobody cares that during the 4 nights you have the same towels. In the room there is a message that they do not clean the rooms because of pandemy - april 2023!!! All of this is just because management dont care. Windows are dirty. If you want to sleep with open window, choose another hotel because there is a railway station on one side and air condition units on the other side so the area is noisy... Service of 4* hotel looks completely different. EDIT: DOOR HANGER WAS ON THE DOOR HANDLE! HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE VALID CERTIFICATION OF 4 * HOTEL - SINCE 2021 - The Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants

Top Hotel. Breakfast Buffet is sensational

Location near main train station (good for trip). Clean and good equipment rooms and huge choose and of breakfast position. Far from sity centre, but business trip is suitable.
