Very cute little theatre that has this community-like and indie artist feel. However, make no mistake - some famous czech actors play here. We came to see the local adaption of a crazy comedy "The Play That Goes Wrong". It's usually quite hard to bring the dry classic British humour to such a different cultural environment, but this theatre did absolutely amazing job. I could clearly identify the typical english puns and lines, but they had a funny local twist to it. The audience laughing out loud almost non-stop just added to the amazing atmosphere and despite the very high professionality of all the actors, one could see them sometimes laugh uncontrollably - an evidence they were enjoying the show as much as people in the audience, which I loved. The theatre features one bar at the bottom floor and a small restaurant/café at the top (entry) floor. The break in the middle of the play is quite short and everybody queues for drinks, so I highly recommend to go to the upper floor as soon as you get up from your seat, otherwise you will not have enough time to enjoy your drink. The hallways are decorated with a local art you can buy - a nice little touch. Just don't forget to bring cash to pay the lady that stores your coat (10 CZK/piece). Overall, a really nice cultural evening spent laughing from the heart. I will definitely be back in the theatre Bez Zábradlí.

Nice and cosy theater, easily accessible from yellow subway. Theater is not only for adults since they also offer a lot of plays for children.

In 2023 in the middle of Prague still accepts cash only. But at the exit time you are still forced to go through bar..

A smaller theatre, across the road from a tube station. The show was perfect and we enjoyed it very much. Staff is friendly and helpful, good for a chilled night out. The only downfall is the lack of toilets.
