They charge a 100Kc deposit for a cup, fine - nothing wrong with that. I actually think it's a good safety measure with so many drunken and sometimes aggressive British people there. However, some waiter is 'kind' enough to take a few of those empty cups away from your table when you're dancing and aren't looking, meaning you lose 100Kc for every cup they steal. And it is in fact stealing, given that according to Czech law you rent these cups. It's places like these that give Prague a bad rep, and I will be taking legal action. I'm fed up! Oh and like others said, they indeed scam foreigners by not giving back the correct amount of change all the time.

Good rock music, dance floor is good size and areas to sit too. Beer is good price. The staff is too notch and very professional which was the best part imo. Staff can Make or break it and these ppl are absolute professionals. I'm going back.

Really nice old club in Prague, prices are very good for city center average. For me I do not like staropramen much, but that is my personal opinion, nothing to do with place as itself.

I went here on a Monday night. Everyone was over 70 years old, the guy selling entry tickets could have warned us we were probably not the demographic. Tried to have a little dance but an old lady got very upset with me apparently getting a bit too close to her 🤣

Great small concert venue in Prague. Come here once a month to watch Znouzectnost play. Cash only bar. Plenty of seating. Good beer.
