The best place to stay at Haderslev, Denmark Always great service, great food and a wonderful atmosphere! Very cosy and pleasant stay with a big parking lot. Absolute gem.

Joined Christmas party with big buffet. Great starters - very large selection of salmon appetizers, also fried fish or tuna spread. Many tasty dips. Main course was traditional danish meals, nothing really impressive. Desserts were outstanding. Great selection of cakes, I couldn't try all of them. Unfortunately courses are coming very quickly and time to eat is very short. Evening started 6.30 pm and by 10pm everything is cleaned out and nothing left to eat later :/ But that is problem of all danish parties in general.

the atmosphere is pleasant, the design is beautiful. But the food is bad. Expensive prices and low quality. I ordered a pancakes, they were cold, tasteless, one was burnt... the menu does not have info how many grams the dish has, for 90 kr they brought two pancakes and ice cream.. also I order hot chocolate, it was so sweet that it was impossible to drink it.. I’m very disappointed that my date was ruined

Waited 20 minutes to get 4 tiny but expensive pieces of garlic bread and a mushroom soup (5 people). Waited another hour +some to get our main dish. Food was fine, and not too expensive in total. Bonus: Everything is *very* orange, and very casual. More like a café (complete with the news running on a TV in the background) than a restaurant. We didn't stay at the hotel, we had only gotten recommendations to try the food.

Well located hotel badly in need of renovation. The hotel has an extensive number of function rooms for weddings, parties etc. On a Friday or Saturday the noise from either the street or parking place was virtually unbearable, all night!The bathrooms (Danish style) have had their day as well as the beds and pillows. The only positive was the breakfast, a typical Danish buffet with everything you would expect.
