Excellent service. Room a bit worn but still comfortable. Good service but better restaurants can be found in nearby town of Sotkamo. Good winter sports possibilities.

Visited the spa and this time too the saunas were very poorly working concerning the heat. I wrote some feedback the last time but I guess the staff doesn't see this as an issue. I would expect a place that has "sauna world" to give out real experience, without temperatures set to infants. Many of the devices / controls were out of order. Smoke saunas and the outside pool were closed. Location is nice, but I would expect the parking to be better. Cannot recommend at this time.

A bit worn out. I stayed in older room, so can justify only based on this. Rooms are stuck in the nintees no renovation done for a while. Not in rooms or in public spaces. Location nice, service all right

The place is outdated. The time makes itself known. The room was clean but the coffee filter was not cleaned from the previous guest. The main thing which was disappointed is that everything is provided for extra payment. SPA isn’t included in the price, towels not included, parking not included. That’s a bit weird that you book apartment in SPA hotel and SPA isn’t included, and parking!!! Why?

One of the best spas in Finland. Many different areas, sauna world has 5 different saunas , outdoor pool wit 2 smoke saunas and paljus. The spa area has multiple Jacuzzis and lot of others to relax.
